1) When will I receive my order ?
The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the delivery (free of charge from the second bracelet onwards) will take our team an average of 7 to 12 working days. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods, despite the transport made difficult by the coronavirus. The health crisis due to the coronavirus can cause delays because transport companies are extremely slow and customs has to process a very large number of parcels.

3) How much does delivery cost ?
We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge from the second bracelet onwards.
4) I have not received my order
A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel?
With our secure delivery, Magnetic Vitality takes care of any disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not blame the carrier and leave you to "fend for yourself". We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new parcel at our expense.

Cancellation & Return
1) Can I change my order ?
Yes, as long as your order is not "in process".
2) Can I cancel my order ?
It is absolutely possible to cancel your order! However, if the order is already being prepared, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

3) I would like to return an item
We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven product defect.
Our articles undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Magnetic Vitality ships its products all over the world.
However, the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of his country, we decline any responsibility.
